Terms of Agreement

By submitting an order, you (the customer) are entering into an agreement to pay for services that DigiPrize, L.L.C. provides. Returns/Refunds are only granted as stated under the "Shipping & Returns" section of our site. In addition, failure to pay for services warrants that DigiPrize, L.L.C. will not perform services. Failure to pay for handling or materials charges when you cancel an order gives DigiPrize, L.L.C. the right to enforce legal action. Each service that we provide must have a form filled out and signed by you (the customer) ["signed" is composed of a signature on a paper form and your full name and contact information on a digital/electronic form], as each service has a different set of terms associated with that service.  Please read the Disclaimer section on all forms before signing and paying for services. Conversion of VHS Tapes Unfortunately, copyright law prohibits DigiPrize, L.L.C. from copying any "copyrighted motion pictures, videotapes, or laserdiscs." Therefore, DigiPrize, L.L.C. reserves the right to reject any analog media form that we feel would put the company under legal strain. As this is the case, DigiPrize, L.L.C. currently only converts personal analog media forms (media that you have recorded and have full rights to).
