Shipping for VHS-2-DVD Conversion
We appreciate your interest in DigiPrize's analog to digital video conversion!
DigiPrize prides itself on ease of service, so shipping
your analog video to us could not be easier. In fact, you don't have purchase
any additional materials to send your analog video in to DigiPrize. Included in
the shipping costs of your order are the following:
- Packaging for your analog video, which we will send you
as soon as we receive your order.
- Postage for every exchange of your video and final
product.
- Packaging for your product's final shipment back to you.
Returns for VHS-2-DVD Conversion
As DigiPrize operates completely online, returns will be based completely on
your order's status.
Please see below:
- Pending: If you cancel an order while it is still
pending, you will receive a full refund minus a $5 handling fee.
- Initial Processing: If you cancel an order once it has
begun initial processing, you will receive a full refund minus a $10
handling fee.
- Mailing Materials Delivered: If you decide to cancel your
order after we have sent you the mailing materials to begin the conversion
transaction, you will be charged a $15 materials and handling fee.
- Materials Received: If you decide to cancel your order
after you have sent your analog video in for processing but before we
actually begin the conversion process, you will be charged a $15 materials
and handling fee.
- Conversion in Process: Once the conversion process has
begun, no refunds will be allowed.
- Product Delivered: Your product has been converted and
sent back to you. No refunds will be given at this point.
- Package Received/Order Closed:
Your product has been received by you. No refunds will be given at this
