I understand that my web design consultant may or may not be certified in web design or web services.  I understand that it is my responsibility to inform DigiPrize, LLC of the service that I seek prior to a web design consultation.  If I do not exercise this responsibility, I am not at fault for the lack of web design results I receive, and I will still pay for services/time rendered by DigiPrize, LLC and its employees/members.  DigiPrize, LLC and the individual web designer are not liable for any lost data or hardware/facilities damages that may occur during service, including web files, computer parts, peripherals, or the environmental structure (home or office, for example).  I also acknowledge that web design consultations can be done in person, online, and over the phone and may be logged and/or billed whether scheduled or unscheduled.   I acknowledge that it is not the consultant’s responsibility to inform me that consultation time is being logged or billed, whether currently or in the future.  I will pay for all services in full, recognizing that services are charged as determined in the original consultation.  I further understand that I will receive notice of charges before being charged.  Any changes to these terms will be delivered to me via e-mail and/or a written statement.
