I understand that my consultant may or may not be certified in the product that he/she is training me on or servicing.  I understand that it is my responsibility to inform DigiPrize, LLC of the exact training/service that I seek prior to a consultation in order for my consultant to be best prepared for the consultation.  If I do not exercise this responsibility, I am not at fault for the lack of training/service I receive, and I will still pay for services/time rendered by DigiPrize, LLC and its employees/members.  DigiPrize, LLC and the individual consultant are not liable for any lost data or hardware/facilities damages that may occur during training/service, including computer parts, peripherals, or the environmental structure (home or office, for example).  I also acknowledge that consultations can be done in person, online, and over the phone and may be billed whether scheduled or unscheduled.   I acknowledge that it is not the consultant’s responsibility to inform me that consultation time is being logged or billed, whether currently or in the future.  I will pay for all services in full, recognizing that services are charged on a by the hour basis (i.e., 0-60 min. is charged as an hour, 61-120 min. is charged as two hours, etc.) at $25/hour.  I also understand that there is a 1 hour minimum per consultation.  I further understand that I will receive notice of charges before being charged.  Any changes to these terms will be delivered to me via e-mail and/or a written statement.
