DigiPrize, L.L.C. was formed in May 2007 for the purpose of helping others with Computer and Audio-Visual needs.  The company headquarters are located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and is owned and operated by Perry Poussard, Jr. and Brian McNulty.

The services set up by DigiPrize are meant to be as accessible and easy to obtain as possible.  Computer consultations can be serviced in person, via the internet, and/or by phone.  Unfortunately, in person consultations are currently limited to the Orlando, FL area.  The good news, though, is that VHS-2-DVD Conversion Services are extended nationwide.
